How to administrate staff?

1. You can login with credentials on the and select your native language

2. Go to STAFF in the menu

3. Choose comparative or Add-on import

*Add-on import = adds new employees and edits names and groups for employees who will be listed in the import based on personal number.

** Comparative import = Terminates all employees and groups that are not be listed in the import form. At the same time, it will add new employees and their assigned groups

4. Download the attached example files from this page and insert data in the structured EXCEL.
*Please note that groups in a column need to be separated with a "+" letter in the case of one employee having multiple groups.

5. Click on the upload a file

5. After upload, click on the Import button

5. Now confirm the import with button YES

5. And it's done, employees have been imported into JOBka.
