How to prepare a file for importing contacts?

Use the .CSV file from the attachment.

The file must be exported in UTF-8 and the information must also be included in the file header or metadata and BOM encoding in hex 0xEF, 0xBB, 0xBF.

- The file must not contain blank lines (even at the end of the file)

- Semicolons are the separator, no semicolon at the end of a line

Explanation of data

Title before name = optional

First name = mandatory (if last name is filled in, it is not mandatory)

Middle name = optional

Surname = mandatory (if first name is filled in, it is optional)

Title after first name = optional

Function = optional

Department = optional

Phone = 1x user's phone 

Email = 1x user's email
