1. In the web administration, click on the module you want to manage. A table with the created posts will be displayed. 





2. Use the "New" button to create a new post 




3. Enter the Title and the actual message. The title will appear as a notification on the mobile device. Write what you want to convey in the "message" field. 







4. On this page, you have additional editing options, which include "Expiration Date" and the option to upload a file, such as PDF, XLSX, DOCX, etc.


To set the "Expiration Date," or the day when this menu will disappear from the mobile application, click on the calendar icon and select the day you want the menu to disappear.



Select the date by clicking on it. 





Select the time by clicking on the clock icon and choosing the time when the menu should disappear. 


 



5. Adding a file/attachment


Click on "Change." After clicking, a "file explorer" (a folder on your computer with your files) will open. Select the file (menu) you want to attach to the message.









6. If you have the menu ready and want to save it, click "Save" at the bottom left. 





7. Receivers
On the right, you will see the "Recipients" field. 




If you want to send the menu to a specific group or employee(s), click on the empty field, select the group or employee(s), and click "Add". 


If you do not select any group or employee, the menu will be sent to everyone. 





8. Individual buttons at the bottom. 



The "Publish" button publishes the query to the mobile application. 

The "Schedule" button allows you to schedule the publication date and expiration date. 

The "Copy" button creates a duplicate of the currently open query. 

The "Delete" button removes the query from the mobile application and the web administration. 

The "Back" button takes you back to the history of created queries and provides the option to create a new query. 


9. Scheduled publication:

Click on the "Schedule" button.




Here, select the date and time of publication.





Click on "Save".





You currently have the menu in "draft" status. 





10. Below on the page, you have options to add additional attachments and translations. 



11. By clicking on "New," you will bring up a menu where you can add another attachment. 




12. Deleting an attachment

You can delete an attachment by clicking on the trash can icon in the top right corner.





13. Adding an attachment in another language


Here, select the language in which you want to add the attachment. (You must have a multilingual job application)





If you have a multilingual job application, it is possible to create an automatic translation of the shift schedule into the desired language. 



13. Select the language you want to translate to and click on "Translate." 






14. If you want to add a translation manually, click on "New". 





15. Then, enter the title again (in the language you selected), choose the language it is written in, and write the message in the language you selected.





Click on "Save".



16. You can publish the prepared menu...


Press the Publish button. 






17. The number of people who have read your post (menu).


After publishing, you will see how many people/employees have read your post (menu).
