Ask your employer - reply to a question.

1. Select the folder with module "Ask your employer"

2. Select the form in the folder

3. If there is a new filled form, it will be in the "1 - New" status.

4. Select a specific request and click on the "Show" text on the left side of the request

5. At the bottom click on the button "Edit"

6. An answer will only be sent if you change the status of the request to "3 - In progress" or "4 - Resolved". No answer is sent after updating the form in other states. Write the answer for you employee in the "Answer" text field.

You can write your notes In the "Administrator's note" text field. Employees will never see this message. If you plan on only adding a note to the filled form and not an actual answer for your employee, then put the request in a state that doesn't send a notification (2 - Opened), so that you don't send your employees unwanted notifications.

7. A notification will be send after clicking on the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.

INFO: This functionality only works within the "Ask your employer" module. You have to answer via email or phone in the anonymous module "Trust box".
