Corporate Magazine

1. In the web administration, click on the module you want to manage. A table with created posts will be displayed. 



2. Use the "New" button to create a new post. 



3. Enter the Title and the Message. The Title will appear as a notification on the mobile device. In the "Message" field, write what you want to convey. 








4. On this page, you have additional editing options such as "Expiration Date" and the ability to attach files like PDF, XLSX, DOCX, etc. 


"Expiration Date" which is the day when this corporate magazine will disappear from the mobile app, is set by clicking the calendar icon and selecting the day you want the corporate magazine to disappear. 








Select the date by clicking on it. 






Select the time by clicking the clock icon and choosing the time when the corporate magazine should disappear. 





5. To attach a file/attachment: 


Click on "Change," which will open the "file explorer" (a folder on your computer with your files), and select the file (corporate magazine) you want to attach to the post. 





6. If you have prepared the corporate magazine and want to save it, click "Save" at the bottom left. 






7. Receivers:
On the right, you see the "Receivers" field. 




If you want to send the corporate magazine to a specific group or employee(s), click the empty field, select the group or employees, and click "Add." 


If you do not select any group or employee, the corporate magazine will be sent to everyone. 





8. Buttons at the bottom: 




Edit : Clicking the button allows you to retroactively modify the expiration date of the message. 

Publish : Clicking the button publishes/sends the message to the mobile application. 

Schedule : Clicking the button allows you to set the scheduled publication date of the message. 

Copy : Clicking the button duplicates the job vacancy message. 

Remove :  Clicking the button deletes your message. 

Back : Clicking the button takes you back to the page with all messages. 



9. Scheduled publication:

Click the "Schedule" button.



Here, select the publication date and time. 






Click on "Save".  






Your corporate magazine is currently in "Draft" status. 






10. Below on the page, there are options to add additional attachments and translations. 




11. Clicking on "New" will bring up a menu where you can add another attachment. 





12. Deleting an attachment: 


You can delete the attachment by clicking the trash icon in the upper right corner. 






13. Adding an attachment in another language:

Here, select the language in which you want to add the attachment. (You must have a multilingual JOB setup)





If you have a multilingual job application, it is possible to create an automatic translation of the shift schedule into the desired language. 






13. Select the language you want to translate to and click on Translate. 







14. If you want to add a translation manually, click on "New". 



15. Then, enter the name again (in the language you selected), choose the language it is written in, and write the message in the language you selected. 




Click on "Save".




16. You can publish the prepared company newsletter...

Press the Publish button.








17. After publishing, you will see how many people/employees have read your post (company newsletter).
