Timetables

1. Open the module you wish to manage in the website administration. A table with existing posts will then be displayed.



2. To create a new timetable, use the "New" button. 




3. Please enter the title of the timetable. This title will appear as a notification on mobile devices. In the "Message" field, enter the text you wish to convey. 




4. On this page, you have additional editing options such as "Expiration Date" and the option to upload a file, e.g., PDF, XLSX, DOCX, etc. 


The "Expiration Date," which is the day the timetable will disappear from the mobile app, is set by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting the desired day for the message to be removed. 




You select the date by clicking on it.




Set the time by clicking on the clock icon and selecting the specific hour when the message should be removed.  


 


5. Adding a file/attachment


Click on the "Change" button. After clicking, the File Explorer will open, allowing you to select the file you want to attach to the post. 



6. If you have the timetable ready and want to save it, click the "Save" button at the bottom left.




7. Recipients
On the right, you will see the "Receivers" field. 



If you want to send the timetable to a specific group or employee(s) only, click on the empty field, select the desired group or employee(s), and then click the "Add" button. 


If you do not select any group or employees, the timetable will be sent to everyone. 





8. Individual buttons at the bottom. 




Publish button publishes the query to the mobile application. 

Schedule button allows you to schedule the publication date and expiration date. 

Copy button creates a duplicate of the currently open query. 

Delete button removes the query from the mobile application and the web administration. 

Back button takes you back to the history of created queries and provides the option to create a new query. 



9. Scheduled Publication:

Click on the "Schedule" button.




Here, select the date and time for publication. 




Click on "Save".





The timetable is currently in a "draft" state. 






10. Below on the page, there are options to add additional attachments and translations. 




11. After clicking the "New" button, a menu will appear where you can add an additional attachment. 



12. Deleting an attachment 

You can delete an attachment by clicking the trash icon in the upper right corner. 



13. Adding an attachment in a different language 


Here, select the language in which you want to add the attachment. (You must have a multilingual JOBka.) 



If you have a multilingual JOBka, you can create an automatic translation into the selected language. 



13. Select the language you want to translate into. After clicking the "Add" button, click "Translate." 




14. If you want to add a translation manually, click on "New." 



15. Then, enter the title again (in the selected language), choose the language in which it is written, and also write the message in this selected language. 



Click on "Save." 



16. You can publish the prepared message by clicking the "Publish" button. 


Press the "Publish" button. 




17. The number of people who have read your message 


After publication, you will see how many people/employees have read your message.
