1. CREATING A DOCUMENT
1.1. Open the "Documentation and Guides without Confirmation" module.
1.2. Click on the "New" button.
1.3. Then, enter the title and text of your message.
1.4. The expiration date indicates the date until which the message will be available, after which it will no longer be accessible for viewing.
1.5. You can also attach an image or PDF file with a maximum size of 10 MB.
1.6. Now, simply save the document.
The created guidelines can be edited before publishing.
2.2. If you have a multilingual JOBka, you can add a translation using the "Automatically Translate" function.
Choose the language into which you want to translate the message, click on "Add," and then click on "Translate."
2.3. You can also add your manual translation using the "New" button.
2.4. Enter your translated title, message text, and select the language into which you translated.
2.5. If you need to attach a document in a different language, simply use the button to add your translated document (to the selected language).
The "Publish" button publishes the query to the mobile application.
The "Schedule" button allows you to schedule the publication date and expiration date.
The "Copy" button creates a duplicate of the currently open query.
The "Delete" button removes the query from the mobile application and the web administration.
The "Back" button takes you back to the history of created queries and provides the option to create a new query.
