2. CREATING A GUIDELINE

2.1 Click on the "New" button.

2.2 Then click on "Inquiry".

2.3 Enter the title.

2.4 Then add the Notification email, where you will receive a closure notification, which you set in "Closure Date," indicating the period during which employees can respond to the inquiry.

2.5 Fill in the "Text" field.

2.6 You can attach a PDF or image using the "+" button and select the file using the "Change" button.

2.7 You can also check the "Anonymous" button (you will not see who sent the response).

2.8 Then choose the query style using the buttons "Response via text field" (in the mobile app, a blank field will appear where the employee can write their own response) or "Response via predefined answers" (you create answers and give the employee a choice).

2.9 Finally, simply save everything and click on "Finish" button.

3. EDITING A GUIDELINE

3.1. The created guideline can be edited before publication.

3.2. The "Recievers" field determines who will see the inquiry. You can select individuals or groups by pressing the "Add" button. If the field is left empty, the inquiry will be visible to all users.

Buttons at the bottom

The "Publish" button publishes the query to the mobile application.

The "Schedule" button allows you to schedule the publication date and expiration date.

The "Copy" button creates a duplicate of the currently open query.

The "Delete" button removes the query from the mobile application and the web administration.

The "Back" button takes you back to the history of created queries and provides the option to create a new query.

4. RESPONSES

After publication, you can monitor how employees respond.

At the bottom of the page, there is a section called "Responses".

Here you see:
