I'm experiencing problems on my mobile device

1. Open the JOBka application


A) Logged in user

1. Find and open the "About" section of the application, it can also be called "Report a bug".

     The module is usually located on the homescreen, it can also be located in the section called my card or in the settings section.


2. Click the bug report button in the module



3. Describe the error that you are experiencing, provide a return email address and attach the log.

     The bug report will be send to the development department. A tech support worker will contact you shortly with the current status of your request.


A) NOT logged in user

1. On the homescreen, click on the icon with the image ℹ️ (i) in the upper right part



2. Click the bug report button in the module and enter the correct authentication to access the module


3. Describe the bug that you are experiencing, provide a return email address and attach the error log.

     The bug report will be reported to the development department. A tech support worker will contact you shortly with the current status of your request.
