ADDING A PHOTO IN THE MOBILE APP 

1. Click the "Add a Photo" button. 

2. Fill in the required "Name of photo" field and attach up to three photos. Then, click the "Send" button at the bottom. 

EDITING A PHOTO IN THE MOBILE APP 

1. To edit, click on the "My shared photos" button. 

2. Next, open the photo you want to edit. 

3. In the top right corner, you will find a "Trash" icon to delete your photo and a "Pen" icon to edit your photo. If you choose to edit the photo, make the necessary changes, and then click the "Send" button at the bottom of the screen. 

VIEWING OTHER PHOTOS 

1. Click the "All photos form the event" button. 

2. Here, all sent photos, including yours, will be displayed. 

ADMINISTRATION IN THE BACKOFFICE 

ADDING A PHOTO 

1. Open the "Event Gallery" module. 

2. Then click on the blue "Add a Photo" text. 

3. All completed forms will be displayed here.

4. To add a new photo, click the "Add" button. 

5. A form will appear where you can enter the "Photo Title" and upload up to three photos. Once everything is filled out, click the "Save" button. 

EDITING A PHOTO 

1. To edit a form, click on the blue "View" text. 

2. Then, click the "Edit" button at the bottom. 

3. Once you have made all the changes, click the "Update" button.
