Canteen Meal Reviews

ADMINISTRATION IN THE MOBILE APP 

1. Open the "Suggestion and Complaint Book" module. 

2. A form will appear where you can write your review and provide an email address for a response. You can also attach up to two photos. To submit your review, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the screen. 

ADMINISTRATION IN THE BACKOFFICE 

1. Open the "Canteen" module. 

2. Select the "Suggestion and Complaint Book" form. 

3. Here, you can see all the completed forms. To edit individual reviews, click on the blue "View" text. 

Then click the "Edit" button. 

A form will appear where you can freely edit your review and email address for a response. You can also change or remove the photo (with a maximum size of 10 MB). After making changes, click the "Update" button.
