ADMINISTRATION IN THE MOBILE APPLICATION 


HOW TO CREATE A NEW QUESTION


1. Click on the "New question" button. 

2. A form will appear where you can enter your query and optionally attach an image or document. Once everything is filled out, click the "Send" button at the bottom. 

MY SUBMITTED QUERIES 


1. Click on the "My Submitted Questions" button. 

2. Here you will see all your submitted questions, which you can read individually. 


MY RESPONSES 


1. Click on the "My Answers" button. 2. Here you will see all the answers you have written. 

 

ADMINISTRATION IN THE BACKOFFICE 


1. Open the "Ask your employer" module. 


2. Select the "New Question" form. 


Here you will see all the completed forms. To view individual queries, click on the blue "View" text. 

3. If you want to modify a query, click the "Edit" button. 

 


4. You can then change the status of the query and write your response to the employee. To send an answer to your employee, simply change the status value and fill the anaswer for employees field. If the form is in the state 1 - New, the message to your employee will not be send. Once everything is updated, click the "Update" button.
