SUBMIT AN IMPROVEMENT PROPOSAL
1. Open the "Improvement suggestions" module.
2. Click on the "Make a suggestions" button.
3. A form will appear where you can fill in the fields "What you want to improve," "How you want to improve it," and "Savings and Return on Investment." Once everything is filled out, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the screen.
MY SUBMITTED PROPOSALS
1. Open the "Improvement suggestions" module.
2. Click on the "My submited suggestions" button.
3. Here, you can view all the proposals you have submitted.
MY RESPONSES
1. Open the "Improvement suggestions" module.
2. Click on the "My answers" button.
3. Here, you will see answers to the proposals you have submitted.
4. By clicking on individual proposals, you can view a detailed answer (approver's comment).
ADMINISTRATION IN BACKOFFICE
1. Open the "Improvement Suggestions" module.
2. Then open the form titled "Submit Improvement Suggestion".

5. Fill in all the required fields in the form and click the "Submit" button.
5. Using the blue "Show" text, you can open individual forms.
Using the "Remove" button, you can also remove the form.
6. Using the "Edit" button, you can modify the form (e.g., by changing the text or adding a file/document with a maximum size of 10 MB).
If you have finished editing, simply save the form using the "Update" button.
Emails by department
1. Open the "Improvement Suggestions" module.
2. Then select the folder you want to edit.
3. Here, add new records using the "Add" button.
5. Alternatively, by clicking the "Show" button and then "Edit" you can modify the data of already completed records.
Note: Separate multiple addresses with a semicolon (;).
RESPONSE TO INQUIRY
1. Open the "Improvement Suggestions" module.
2. Click on the form titled "Make suggestion".
4. Here you will see all the improvement suggestions. If you want to respond to one, you need to click the blue "Show" text.
5. After displaying the form, click the "Edit" button in the lower left corner.
6. Then change the "Proposal Status" and write your own comment on the situation. The comment will only be sent to the employee if you change the improvement suggestion to "Processed," "Accepted," or "Rejected."
7. If you have made all the changes and written your comment, simply send the response by clicking the "Update" button.
