1. In the "Competitions" folder, click on "PLAY"

Click on "New".
If you want to ask a single key question, select "Query"; if you want to ask multiple questions, select "Questionnaire."
Choose one of the options and click on it.

Enter a title (it will be possible to change it later).

2.4 Then, add the notification email where you will receive a closure notice, which will be set in "Closure Date," the period until which employees can respond to the query.
2.5 Fill in the "Query."
2.6 You can attach a PDF or image using the + button, and select the file with the "Change" button.
2.7 You can also check the "Anonymous" box (you will not see who submitted the response).
2.8 Then, choose the style of the "query" using the buttons "Answer via text field" (a blank field will appear in the mobile app where the employee can type their own response) or "Answer via predefined responses" (you create responses and give the employee a choice).
2.9 Then simply click "Save"
Then click on "Finish"
Receivers
Below the page, you can set the "Receivers" (employees or groups who will see this competition. If you do not select anyone, everyone will see the competition.)
Click on the empty field and select an employee or group, then click the "Add" button. (If you do not select anyone, everyone will see the competition.)
If you have everything prepared, you can "publish" the competition. This will publish the competition immediately.

If you want to schedule the publication, click on "Schedule".

Here, select when you want to publish the competition and the competition's deadline.

Click on "Save" button.
