1. NAVIGATION TO INTRANET PAGES
1.1. In the web administration, click on the module you want to manage.
1.2. By using the "Edit" button, you can enable Landscape mode (horizontal view) or the zoom function. Confirm the change by clicking the "Save" button.
2. EDITING AN EXISTING INTRANET PAGE
2.1 In the translation section, click on the blue text (the page you want to edit).
2.2. At the bottom of the screen, click "Edit."
3. TEXT EDITING
3.1. The text can be freely edited by simply typing on the page (same as editing in Word).
3.2. To format the text, you can use the functions in the top menu or click the "Format" button.
4. INSERTING AND DELETING AN IMAGE
4.1. To delete an image, select the image and press backspace.
4.2. To insert an image, use the "Insert" -> "Image" button. Before clicking insert, first select the spot where you want to place the image.
4.3. In the newly displayed table, click "Upload" and select the image.
4.4. After uploading the image, set the width to "100%" and the height to "auto." To insert the image, click "Save."
5. INSERTING A HYPERTEXT LINK
5.1. To insert a hyperlink on an intranet page, select the word you want to turn into a link.
5.2. Then click "Insert" --> "Link."
5.3. In the URL field, insert the webpage that will be displayed. The "Displayed text" field indicates the clickable text.
Always write the webpage with slashes and HTTP/HTTPS, as some phones might have trouble opening the link otherwise.
Confirm by clicking "Save."
5.4. The selected text is now blue and can be used to open the webpage.
6. SAVING AND UPDATING THE INTRANET PAGE
6.1. Save the intranet page by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.
6.2. After saving, you need to update the intranet page using the button at the bottom of the screen.
