How to create a new query?
1. Click on the "Surveys and Queries" module.
2. Click on the "NEW" button.
3. Next, proceed by selecting the survey type "Query".
4. After selecting the query type, choose a title for your query.
5. Fill in the Name and Text on the introductory page (Text field serves as information about the survey and also the question for your employees).
6. By checking the "Anonymous" button, the names and personal numbers of users will not be recorded with their responses.
7. The closing date indicates the deadline for responses. After the closing date, the survey will no longer be available for users to complete.
8. A notification will be sent via email upon the closing of the survey according to the notification email settings.
9. To add an attachment, click the "+" button, which will expand the field (see image). Then, click on the "Change" field, select the attachment from the storage, and the attachment will be uploaded. Confirm by clicking the "Save" button. Attachments can be uploaded in PDF, JPG, and PNG formats.
To add another attachment, repeat the same process. It is always necessary to confirm the attachments by clicking the "Save" button.
To remove an attachment, click on the Trash icon.
10. At the bottom, you can select the form of responses.
A response using a text box adds a text field to the question, allowing users to respond in their own words.
A response using predefined answers allows users to respond based on preset options. After selecting this option, you can create predefined answers and also check the "Allow multiple answers" box, which will enable employees to select more than one response.
11. Translations can be added by clicking on the flag icon on the right side of the questionnaire.
12. To save the query, click on the "Save" button. To fully complete the survey, click on "Finish."
13. At the bottom of the page, you can select the recipients of the survey. If you do not select any group or employees, the survey will be sent to everyone. To add recipients, you must click the "Add" button.
14. If the survey is ready, you can publish/send it. To publish/send the survey, use the "Publish" button.
