1. Click on the module you want to manage in the web administration. A table with the created posts will be displayed.
2. Use the "New" button to create a new post.
3. Enter the Title and the actual message. The Title will appear as a notification on the mobile device. Write what you want to communicate in the "message" field.
4. On this page, you have additional editing options, such as "Expiration Date" and the option to attach a file, e.g., PDF, XLSX, DOCX, etc.
"Expiration Date," or the day when this Shift Plan will disappear from the mobile application, is set by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting the day when you want this Shift Plan to be removed.
You select the date by clicking on it.
You select the time by clicking on the clock icon and choosing the time at which the Shift Plan should disappear.
5. Adding a file/attachment
Click on "Change." After clicking, the "file explorer" (a folder on your computer with your files) will open, and you can select the file you want to attach to the message.
6. If you have prepared the Shift Plan and want to save it, click "Save" in the lower left corner.
7. Receivers
On the right, you will see the "Receivers" field.
If you want to send the shift plan to a specific group or employee(s), click on the empty field, select the group or employee, and then click "Add."
If you do not select any group or employees, the shift plan will be sent to everyone.
8. Individual buttons at the bottom.
Publish button publishes the query to the mobile application.
Schedule button allows you to schedule the publication date and expiration date.
Copy button creates a duplicate of the currently open query.
Delete button removes the query from the mobile application and the web administration.
Back button takes you back to the history of created queries and provides the option to create a new query.
9. Scheduled publication:
Click on the "Schedule" button.
Here, select the date and time for publication.
Click on "Save".
Currently, you have the shift plan in a "draft" state.
10. Below the page, there are options to add additional attachments and translations.
11. By clicking on "New" you will open a menu where you can add additional attachments.
12. Deleting an attachment
You can delete an attachment by clicking on the trash can icon in the upper right corner.
13. Adding an attachment in a different language
Here, you select the language in which you want to add the attachment. (You must have a multilingual JOB system.)
If you have a multilingual JOB system, it is possible to create an automatic translation of the shift plan into the selected language.
13. Select the language you want to translate into and click on "Translate."
14. If you want to add a translation manually, click on "New."
15. Then, enter the title again (in the language you selected), choose the language in which it is written, and write the message in the chosen language.
Click on "Save."
16. You can publish the prepared shift plan...
Press the "Publish" button.
17. The number of people who have read your post (shift plan)
After publication, you will see how many people/employees have read your post (shift plan).
